I am a concerned citizen of the Town of Richwood (TOR). During its February 16, 2022, regular Council Meeting, an ordinance was introduced as a proposed Districting Plan for the TOR with ordinance # 2022 - 01. The ordinance emphasizes the fact that the council members must provide leadership with a vision that will unify the town, and more effectively deliver services to the citizens who put them in office.
