Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

On Saturday, February 26, 2022 Tawanna James along with chorus members Henrietta Woods and Dana McFee Williams presented The Gloria Chorus Black History Cantata at the Greater New Antioch Baptist Church of Monroe. The cantata was themed "Whom Shall I Fear?" and choral as well as gospel selections were presented with sounds reminiscent of the 60's, 70's, and 80's. The passionate spirit-filled evening included plenty of rejoicing, hand clapping, and attendees singing along as well as standing to their feet.
