A Monroe family is in mourning, as the body of their loved one was discovered behind a local motel Monday morning, February 28, 2022. Monroe Police say the body of 53-year-old Warren Douglas Swan was found about 9:00 AM by a passerby who alerted MPD to where Swan's body was found. Family members said that MPD contacted them at about 11:00 AM that Swan's body was found. The area where the body was found is close to where an automobile dealership is located.
