Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

Thomas Jefferson Upper Elementary School in Monroe, LA recognized a few distinguished individuals recently. Kailee Hamilton was named the 2022-2023 Student of the Year at Thomas Jefferson Upper Elementary. She is a fifth-grade student who has worked extremely hard to become Student of the year. She is pictured above with her mother, Amecia Hamilton, who is a third-grade teacher at Thomas Jefferson Upper Elementary.
