Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

The parade will be held Saturday, Feb. 26, starting at 10 a.m. The 38th annual parade will start in downtown Monroe on North Fourth Street This year's theme is "There is Power in Hope." Line-up for the parade will start at 7 a.m. Registration is open until Wednesday, Feb. 16. Entry forms are available online or can be picked up at the Marbles Recreation Center, 2950 Renwick St., Monroe, and Benoit Recreation Center, 1700 Oaklawn Drive, Monroe LA.
