On Monday January 17, 43rd Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday was celebrated by the City of Monroe at the W.L. Jack Howard Theatre at the Monroe Civic Center. Guest speaker was Jon Alston. The Martin Luther King Jr. Foundation observed it's 38th MLK Day at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church in Monroe LA. The Honorable Judge Fred Jones was guest speaker....
