Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

Hearts are saddened by the passing of Enola "Molly" Hudson. She was born on January 1, 1954 to the late Lonnie Hudson Sr. and Hazel I. Hudson in Monroe LA. Enola attended J.S. Clark and Monroe Colored High Schools. She Met Willie James Mitchell now married to Karen Mitchell where they raised four beautiful daughters. Enola was a faithful member of Riverside Missionary Baptist Church. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her four daughters Charlotte McLemore (Jarvis), Lora Hudson (Fred), Lashun Kelly (Chris)and Carla Hudson (Terry). Left also to cherish fond memories Siblings Ida Mae Hudson; Janie Ellis (A.J.) Leanna Hudson, Amy Wade (Michael), Gloria Lewis (James), Otis Hudson (Renee), Lonnie Hudson (Barbara), Shirley Jones (Eddie), Jackie Lewis, Nelviney Smith (Roderick), Lawrence Hudson, 10 grandkids, 10 great grandkids, a special friend Lawrence "Bo" Neal and a host of family and friends. Enola went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2022. Funeral Services are Saturday January 15, 2022 at 2pm at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church at 301 Sherrouse Ave. in Monroe LA.
