Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

A drive-by shooting occurred at Kingsway Apartments in Monroe, LA on December 14, 2021 with kids witnessing over 100 shots that were allegedly fired. One person was hit by gunfire. It was a scary incident that happened out of the blue, scaring children and adults. Community residents are terrified and afraid of this unwarranted violence happening in their neighborhood.
