The 2021 Victoria Archangel Scholarship was awarded during the Wossman High School Homecoming Pep Rally, Friday, September 24,2021. Duffie and Pat Moore presented the annual scholarship, awarded to Raytisha Jackson Wossman High School 2021 Salutatorian and first softball scholarship recipient. This annual recognition award was made on behalf of Duffie and Pat Moore's beloved daughter who was killed 10 years ago in a car accident. Raytisha is a student athlete at South Arkansas Community College in Eldorado, AR. Congratulations Raytisha!
