Former and current Monroe City Marshals Wince Highshaw Jr. & Robert Cherry Jr.
Monroe City Marshals Wince Highshaw (retired) and current City Marshal Robert Cherry are both a cut of the same cloth. Both Highshaw and Cherry were city marshals and chief deputy marshals only to be elected both as city marshals. What a blessing!
