LeRoy "Joe" Barnett Jr., 71, was a veteran and Carroll High School Class of 1968 graduate who fell asleep in death on Friday, September 3, 2021. LeRoy was a loving husband of 48 years to his wife, Elaine. He was also a devoted father to Courtney (Jennifer) and Nicole as well to his 4 grandchildren. He was a long-time member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
