A fatal shooting happened early morning Saturday, September 4, 2021, leaving allegedly four people shot and one deceased from the gunfire. The shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Winnsboro Rd in Monroe, LA. Sources allege the suspect is not your traditional suspect, which leaves lots to question. The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's office is currently investigating the shooting and possible leads.
