As the times change, many youth, ages 16-35, find it more challenging to live in a world with constant shootings and conflict. According to police reports, shots were fired on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 6:00 AM, on Stacey Drive in Monroe, LA. Neighbors heard several shots fired, which were extremely loud and felt as if they were right at their front door. Upon arrival, police found a male victim shot outside of a home at the scene of the crime. The victim, Justin Ross, 28, later died from injuries. Police identified Christopher Williams as a suspect and are working to make an arrest. It recorded that Williams has a lengthy criminal history, including drug charges, illegal weapons carry and attempted second-degree murder charges.
