"THOUGHTS" is a book written by my wife, Mary A. Manning-Sampson, and Charles Sampson. Both are natives of Louisiana, raised in West Monroe LA in the Haynes Lane Community. In November of 1969, Charles and Mary Sampson migrated to Seattle, Washington in order to pursue better opportunities, and it proved to be a wise choice.
