Herman Brown was born July 20, 1934, in Eudora, Arkansas. He was a very bright, spirited individual who loved and enjoyed family, friends, and life. Exemplifying leadership as a young adult, he was responsible for leading his family to a better quality of life by moving them to Monroe, LA. With determination to be successful and a desire to contribute to the community, he worked in several capacities for the city of Monroe, which included Housing and Urban Development and the City Marshal's Office.
