Next Level Worship and Praise Center celebrated and honored Pastor Tony R. and Minister Flo Carter for their 13th Anniversary, Sunday July 18, 2021 at St Paul United Methodist Church in Monroe LA. Guest pastor and church was Rev. Michael S. Thompson Sr. and Olive Branch Baptist Church West Monroe LA.
