Shelia Diarse was crowned Mrs. Twin Cities and Mrs. Louisiana Plus America 2020-2021 recently. Beholding such distinct honor, Shelia has had the pleasure of worshiping with various churches, meeting local and state leaders, engaging in serving the needs of the community, sharing care packages with college students, and hosting events with the intent to inspire all women.
