Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

Monroe Police were called to the Swanson Youth Center on Monday, June 28, 2021 to assist in putting down what could be called a rebellion by Swanson inmates. Law enforcement would have to make several trips to the center after receiving calls of inmates causing disturbances, one of which was where an employee was allegedly injured.
