Debra Renee McGee was born October 5, 1975 in Monroe, LA to the late Hosea McGee Sr. and Freddie Mae Kirby-McGee. She received her final wings on June 16, 2021, passing away peacefully at home.

Debra was a Lincoln Elementary, Carroll Jr., and Carroll High School 1994 graduate. She was a member of the Carroll Bulldog band and later worked with the Carroll band alumni.
