Richland Parish has lost a trail blazing pioneer and community leader, Dr. Moses D'jon Wilkins, 58! Moses D'Jon Wilkins was born to the late Moses and Doretha Wilkins on November 27, 1962. He transitioned to be with the Lord on May 4, 2021. Moses was preceded in death by two of his siblings Mr. Percy Derell Jones and Mrs. WyVette Demetria Wilkins-Charles.
