Citizens, voters, and taxpayers, along predominantly Black section of US Highway 165 South, from Louisiana Highway 15 (Winnsboro Road) to Richwood High and Middle Schools, are very upset and disappointed that local, federal, and state elected officials, especially Black officials, have not already addressed long needed traffic safety developments and improvements, that continue to contribute to unnecessary deaths of Black citizens, both pedestrians and vehicle operators.
