Children don't ask to come here. When they arrive, children require lots of love, attention, care and guidance. Innocence once lost can never be replaced or restored. According to police reports, West Monroe Police were called to a residence on Linderman Ave. involving a sex crime of an eight-year-old male was raped by the suspect he was home alone on March 27, 2021. The victim was interviewed by law enforcement revealing details while identified the suspect involved with the alleged sex crime. The mother of the victim was also interviewed where she told police she didn't know her child was sexually abused by the suspect because she left him at home alone three separate times throughout the day and night running errands while visiting friends. The mother also left her two year old daughter alone with the victim during these times. During the mother's absence was when the sex crimes occurred by male Suspect Xavier Hines. The mother was booked and charged with cruelty to juveniles and child desertion. The suspect was booked and charged with 1st degree rape. There are three sides to every story.
