Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

Atmos Energy has been a loyal partner and great supporter of the Ouachita Multi-Purpose Community Action Program. Atmos Energy decided to donate a bus on Thursday March 18, 2021. The bus, which was converted into a mobile office will allow OMCAP to go into the community to assist the elderly and disabled with completing the application process if they are not able to come into the office.
