Congratulations Betty Ward-Cooper, Monroe City School Board member representing District 5! This week, at the 83rd Annual Convention of the Louisiana School Boards Association (LSBA) held at the Shreveport Convention Center, she received an official certificate from the President and Executive Director of the Louisiana School Boards Association (LSBA).
