Jerald S. Armstard was born on December 19, 1952 to Mack N Armstard (father) and Savannah Armstard (mother) in Monroe LA. She went on in life relocating to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, started a family and continued her education. Later on, after graduating from Job Corp, she began her career in healthcare where she worked 30+ years at Oklahoma University Medical Center.
