In a move that should put smiles back on the faces of city residents, city hall has announced that all of the city's recreation centers are now open for, well, recreation. For many who have not utilized the facilities at the rec centers, it is seen a as sign of returning to more of a normal routine for those who have missed having activities in the centers.
