The father of Black History, Mr. Carter G. Woodson, said, " When you control a man's thinking you don't have to worry about his actions". Colors have been used to manipulate our thoughts and behaviors since we were first introduced to them. In this poem, I am attempting to shed some light on this issue and hopefully dispel some of the myths associated with colors thereby freeing our minds for more constructive thoughts about ourselves.
