The Monroe Housing Authority will receive sealed bids in triplicate for the following project:

Annual Pest Control Service Contract for all Monroe Housing Authority facilities

Bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM, Thursday, August 5, 2021, at the office of the Monroe Housing Authority in the Frances Tower Board Room, 300 Harrison Street, Monroe, LA 71201. At which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud.

ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION SHALL NOTIFY MONROE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NO LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.

Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form to bonafide prime bidders. Bid documents may be obtained without charge and without deposit from the Monroe Housing Authority; e-mail request to [email protected]. Printed copies are not available but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of bids. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity. MHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause per State Public Bid Law or to waive any informality in the bidding.
