Courtroom Jury

My name is Gary W. Brooks incarcerated in the Louisiana State Penitentiary in Angola, LA. I was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole, probation, or suspension of the sentence by a Ouachita Parish Grand Jury for one count of second-degree murder of Melvin Fuller, in violation of LS S-R.S. 14:30.1 in 2002. A divided jury found me the petitioner Brooks guilty as charged by a 10-2 vote. Non-Unanimous Jury in violation of my right to equal protection under the fourteenth amendment and equivalent provisions of the United States or the State of Louisiana, LA -ccrp. Art.930-3. The real nature of the criminal justice system is carefully hidden away from the public view. We have elected officials in office and hold them responsible and accountable to us for true and effective representation in government. Your support makes it possible for us to stand up for our constitutional rights. I am looking to engage with people in support of my situation and hope that I will receive help from concerned and caring individuals. To contact me, please address all mail to - Gary Brooks #120478 Camp-C Bear-L L.S.P. Angola LA 70712
