Kennard was born July 3, 1985 to the late Kennard Smith Sr. and Flecia Gayle Smith. He attended Carroll High School and OIC, furthering his education by pursuing a degree in information technology at McCann School of Business, where he was a member of McCann National Honor Society. Kennard later relocated to New Orleans LA departing this life on January 26, 2021. Many times, we never realize a person value until they're gone.
