Lies & Deceit

I hear that there were comments concerning the death of my father, Ivory Walker and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but when it happens to you, then what would you do? My Bible (King James Version) does not tell me to "Forgive and Forget". For those who feel negative about me exposing my family, but had nothing to say during the five weeks that my father suffered through inhuman treatment; well, again, my bible (KJV) did not tell me to listen to gossipers who were not there and do not know what they are talking about (I know you remember the Book of Job). For years I have been protesting "Black Lives Matter"; since the death of my mother, Genobia Walker, allegedly who was under the care of Glenwood Regional Medical Center in 1998; along with other patients. "Black Lives Matter" for my younger brother, Kirk Walker, allegedly who was under the care of Fresenius Dialysis Center in 2012; along with other patients. Is healthcare worth fighting for? Healthcare was responsible for the deaths of three of my immediate family. When will it be enough?....."Black Lives Matter". It is not just police officers that are killing, but who will tell when any of it will be enough? Or maybe the Covid Pandemic will tell us its enough? Or the multiple tornados and hurricanes we had say its enough? Or the riot at the Capitol in Washington say its enough? When? I am fighting for the same justice as everyone else, except my fight was through healthcare, that aided with the killing of my mother, father and brother. I have talked to Mr. Michael Sofia, concerning my mother's death. He found a cure for Hepatitis C. He told me of his perks of finding a cure; but he also stated that his findings were not at the cost of human lives, like my mother. My mother developed cirrhosis of the liver and began vomiting black blood that came directly from her liver. Per her doctor, she did not qualify for a liver transplant, because of her age; but who gave her the medical condition? I have talked to a law firm, concerning my brother's death, that stated that all patients that were killed through Fresenius, were not compensated, because there were too many lawsuits that were filed for Wrongful Death. Fresenius had to cut the number down, whether they were at fault or not, there were just too many deaths, so Fresenius finally narrowed it down to how cases that were filed for patients that died within 24hrs. of the patients' last treatment. Fresenius found it to be a good number of deaths that they could pay. I was denied to talk to my father, who had Alzheimer; I was told my father did not want to talk to me. That could not have been true, so I was determined to speak to my father and he told me he didn't know what was going on and they told him not to talk to me, his daughter. Why was I denied to talk to my father, when he supposedly was admitted from having a stroke? Why was my father, who had had a stroke, able to sign legal documents 2-days after being admitted at Glenwood Regional Medical Center? Why was my legal document not acknowledged until 2-days before my father died?

So, when you have your opinions about something you don't know what you are talking about, then "be quiet please" and just keep me lifted in prayer that I receive justice. I cannot be accountable for those who were involved illegally, but I do pray that justice is served unto them as well. Darlene Ceasar
