Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

Free Me Association hosted its First Annual HeART of the City Art Expo was a 3 phase Art contest for area high school students in Monroe LA at the Northeast LA African American Heritage Museum on December 19, 26, 2020 and January 2, 2021. Free Me HeART of the City Art Expo Winner Tashayla Gilbert of Carroll High School captured First Place with Free Me Association Tyree Hollins made the presentation.
