Free Me Association is proud to present the H.E.A.R.T of the City- art expo. The project is a three-part art contest for high school artists in Monroe/West Monroe Area. The contest will be held on December 19, 26 & January 2 at Northeast Louisiana Delta African American Museum 1051 Chennault Park Dr. in Monroe LA.
