Every life is in the possession of God. No one has a right to end a life. The Word of God is alive, full of power and sharper than a two-edged sword. If we believe the Word of God, why don’t we study it? Only God has life in the absolute sense. The Holy Bible is God’s Word. It is life itself. It possesses unlimited power. The Word of God has the potential of cutting between the Psychological aspect of man and his spirit. This separates the spirit from the soul. Eve was deceived by Satan by his attack upon her intellect. Christ makes it possible to subvert the intellect, making the spirit primary. The mind of Christ is potentially liberating our spirit so that we can be in truth like Him. “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Jesus Christ” (Philippians 2:5). Man is freed through the Holy Spirit revealed through God’s Word. Only God has life in the absolute sense. He is the living God. All other life depends on God for its creation and maintenance. As stated, every life is the possession of God. Life is something only can give. Every life is solely the possession of God. No one has a right to take another’s life. Therefore, even animal life is valued by God. No one lives for himself. No one die or himself. We walk in fellowship with God and in His light, we see life. Only God has life in the absolute sense. Life is the gift of God. We are to live if in service to God.
