According to police reports, on Black Friday November 27, two brothers were victims at the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento CA. Sa'Quan Reed James 17, and Dewayne James Jr. 19, were victims of a verbal altercation which turned deadly while both brothers were victims of a senseless shooting. The James Brothers moved to Sacramento CA from Monroe LA within the last year with their family.
