This year has been challenging in so many ways. I, like many, have had to create new ways of replenishing myself when I need to be recharged. Every month I have an opportunity to chat on a group Facetime call with all of my good girlfriends from college. Last night we connected, comforting one another as election results were revealed. I really enjoyed chatting about recent political issues and talking about the future of our nation. We prayed and laughed all in the same call.
