There's a serious dilemma plaguing the U.S. shootings. They continue to happen with reckless neglect, many times over senseless situations. Poverty, mental challenges, poor education opportunities and family despairs continue to afflict those who commit crimes. Many of those committing jshootings are in hopeless conditions where they have no where to turn and no one to talk with, while being led by a dangerous spirit which leads to devastation. It's a vicious cycle that is destroying families. According to police reports, a double shooting occurred in West Monroe LA on Saturday October 10, 2020 involving Suspect Xavier Q. Ferrand. The suspect was identified by police who is one of the suspects being sought. Suspect Ferrand has been charged with two counts of attempted second-degree murder. If you have information call Crime Stoppers at 318.388.2274 or the West Monroe Police 318.396. 2722. There are three sides to every story. This was one side of this story.
