The places for early voting are Registrar of Voters Community Room 1650 DeSiard St. Suite 125 Monroe LA & West Ouachita Senior Center 1800 N. 7th St. West Monroe LA . Voters should bring identification & can get sample ballots at www.geauxvote.com
