Shooting's Unseen Witness

Big brother watches everything and everybody in the 21st century. Many times, citizens have no idea there every move and things said are recorded. In many instances, we are seen by others at some of our most vulnerable times, now someone is watching or there's video surveillance. According to police reports on September 19 police were called to a Morris Ave. Residence in West Monroe LA to a shooting. Police found a victim on the front porch bleeding profusely in the face following being shot in the face. The victim was taken to a local hospital, later transferred to Shreveport due to injuries suffered. The shooting was captured on video surveillance and revealed a Black male suspect in a Lincoln Town Car rolled up on the victim firing several rounds at the victim. The suspect fled the scene while a portion of the vehicle license was captured on video surveillance. Police later learned and identified Suspect Michael Turner. Police detectives located suspect on 4th St. in Monroe LA sitting in a vehicle taking him for questioning and transporting him to West Monroe Police Department. At the police station, the suspect was advised of Miranda Rights allegedly, admitting to shooting at the victim multiple times. The suspect was arrested and charged with second degree murder.
