Death rates for Black and people of color are very alarming as many are dying, while many could have been saved. This is a story about a David Grissom who went to the hospital three times and died, but maybe could be still living. A Monroe man has gone to glory going to hospital emergency rooms on three separate occasions complaining of not feeling well and suffering respiratory problems.
