The Rev. Dr. Alfred L Mack first scholarship was awarded to 2020 West Monroe High Senior Carl Whitlock on Sunday August 16, 2020 at Philadelphia Word Center Church in Monroe LA. Brother Whitlock is an outstanding steward for Christ, at school and church. He will attend the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) this fall to continue his educational goals. He is the son of Betty Whitlock and the grandson of Oneida Blanson. Congratulations 2020 Graduate Carl Whitlock.
