Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, Martin Lemelle, of Grambling, LA announced his run for US Congress. Lemelle qualified to run for Louisiana's 5th Congressional District seat which is currently held by Ralph Abraham (R). District 5 covers 20 parishes in northeast Louisiana, with a population of over 760,000 people. Martin is excited to put his talents and professional expertise to work as a representative for the people. He currently works as the Executive Vice President of Grambling State University, a role he has proudly served for the past four years.
