Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

On July 10, 2020 the Southern University Alumni Monroe Chapter awarded scholarships to three area students. These students will be attending Southern University beginning the fall semester, 2020. The $3,500.00 in scholarships were awarded to Victoria Rencher of Ouachita Parish High School, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Varner Rencher, Jr.; Skylar Parhms of Neville High School, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Carlton Parhms and Brandon Horne of Neville High School, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Marcus Horne.
