There are rules to life which all must follow. Many break the rules until they are caught when chaos reigns for some. According to police reports, a vehicle with temporary license tags was traveling south bound down a one-way road with no headlights almost causing an auto accident. After the emergency lights and sirens, police made contact with Suspect Trakeka Charleston, who allegedly had an open container in the cup holder in the vehicle. Upon any traffic stop, police request certain information driver's license, insurance and registration which suspect didn't possess. Police advised towing of vehicle due to no insurance was when the suspect became angry. The suspect exited the vehicle coughing over officers stating she has COVID-19. Police asked suspect to retrieve her things from her vehicle when the suspect armed herself with a reddish-orange hammer. Upon approaching the officers in an aggressive manner with the hammer, the suspect accused officers of possessing some of her personal items. Officers apprehended the suspect without incident advising her of her Miranda rights. The suspect was arrested and charged with aggravated assault upon a peace officer, owner to secure registration, no motor vehicle insurance, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, obstruction public passage, headlamps on motor vehicles motorcycles and motor driven cycles. and all drivers must secure license.
