When Jacques D. Lowery was arrested on a multitude of charges several weeks ago, it hopefully will mark the end of a campaign of violence against Monroe resident Shardra Green and her family. Lowery allegedly was in a relationship with Green's daughter that started out like many relationships, but it soon turned violent.
