The ultimate call happens knowingly or unknowingly, one never knows. A car accident in the early morning hours on Thursday June 4 around 2 am claimed the life of Terrance Elliott 46 who was hit by a vehicle and dragged about a block on Marx St. to Reed St. Monroe LA according to eyewitnesses.
