Kenneth Ray Shoulders was born to William and Clarice Shoulders on February 3, 1951 in Monroe LA. He was baptized at an early age at Triumph Baptist Church, Monroe LA. Kenneth was a graduate of Wossman High School. "Kenny" as he was fondly called was always the life of the party. He loved spending time with his family and friends. On January 14, 1982 he met the love of his life, Georgia Emerson and the Lord blessed them with a beautiful family whom he loved and adored.
