According to police reports on May 20, Heat team units were called to a residence in the 100 block of Forest St. in Monroe, LA, due to a shooting. When police arrived, they found a victim standing in the road suffering from a gunshot wound in the upper thigh area. The victim told police he was shot by suspect Dennis Moran inside an apartment on Gordon Ave. in Monroe, LA. Arresting officers contacted the suspect, who was handcuffe...
