Randall L. Bishop, Sr. of Monroe LA transitioned Sunday May 24, 2020. He was born on May 6, 1953 and was the son of the late Ulas and Addie Bishop. After months of failing health, Randall died peacefully. His presence on this earth will always remain in our hearts and the memories of "Ramp" will be with us forever. Randall is survived by his wife Gloria Anderson Bishop, two sons Randall L. Bishop, Jr. (Brittney Billups) and Ahmand R.
