True Vine Baptist Church Monroe LA held a 2020 Graduates Recognition Program on Sunday, May 17. Friends and family gathered on the parking lot as they parked and praised during a most unorthodox period. Pastor Hunter encouraged graduates by using the subject ”DON’T QUIT” coming from Mark 2:1-5. Twelve high school students and 5 college students received accolades awards and monetary gifts. High school Graduates were: London Adams – Neville, Makaiya Davenport – Bastrop High, Diamond Green– West Monroe High, Brandon Horne – Neville High, Noah Hunter – West Monroe High, Jaylon Jones-Wossman High, DeVeon Spencer – West Monroe High, Justin Williams – Ouachita High, Reagan Wilson – Neville High, Sydnei Winston – Bastrop High, Ernest Wyatt – Ouachita High, Kridirus Young – Richwood High. College: Tamera Davis and Chelsea Wyatt University of Louisiana at Monroe, Miranda Gaddis – Grambling State University and Keneshala Martin - University of Phoenix. True Vine Pastor Stonewall Hunter, Jr. received his Doctorate Degree in Biblical Psychology from Hope Bible College. We are so proud of all our graduates and pray God’s continuous blessing. Cora DeBurr and Annie Booker were Scholarship Committee Chairpersons. True Vine Graduates unable to make the graduation due to work included Brandon Horne, Sydnei Winston, Justin Williams and Reagan Wilson.
